Nothing heavy today, simply a garden update. It’s going through the first spring transition. The ranunculus are almost done, though it’s not quite time to dig them yet. I’m going to see about using their seed heads in a mandala soon. Lots of verticality happening — foxgloves, delphiniums, tall snapdragons, and chocolate Queen Anne’s Lace. The alstroemeria are starting, and will go for weeks. Behind them come the big pink poppies we brought when we moved back from Berkeley. It has reseeded itself all over the place. Also looking forward to hollyhocks, zinnia, marigolds, and more.
