The colors of August, these oranges, and yellows, remind me of growing up on the East Coast. They remind me of corn, though aren’t that yellow, but the overall feeling fits.

CLAM Update for West Marin folks

This Saturday is the final gathering of the Coast Guard Housing Neighborhood Design sessions, where the team of architects working on the project will share what they came up with based on all of the input from the community. I’m excited to see how the community’s vision will be transformed into specific plans for the neighborhood. Their presentation will be followed by small group discussions to give feedback on their design ideas.

Come at 3:30pm for light food and self-guided tours. The main program begins at 4pm, followed by a reception at 6pm with food and music! Location: the former Coast Guard Property, 100 Commodore Webster in Point Reyes Station.

You can RSVP for the event here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/coast-guard-neighborhood-design-gatherings-tickets-161701847579

I hope to see you there!
